Down­town and the sur­roun­ding quar­ters; con­cret and nature; Asian, Euro­pean, Afri­cans; Kevin Peter­son plays with these con­trasts. He puts his cute, inno­cent, manly female actors into sce­nes with for example crum­bling con­cret. His pho­to­rea­listic pain­tings are play­ing with the contrasts.
